Eeeeeek!
It's done!
(I still have tails to weave but they are tucked in for now)

C&M are keeping the babies name a secret till he arrives so for now I'll refer to him as Baby Whool (hoo-ll) because lets be honest...he's going to be covered in it from day 1...
So B.W.
Enjoy your tummy time sweater!

Stay tuned for the next item in BW's line up!

I love it! Mine has a billion ends to weave in, too. I'm on the first sleeve. :)

Love the sweater, Love the labeling for those of us who read but don't read, AHEM!Me especially. Your name for the baby tickles me. I am making a sweater for a baby boy who will hopefully go home with his parents in 12 days,(adoption) It is my standard Hoody sweater. And maybe some other things, babies are so fun to knit for, don't need much yarn, goes fast, usually oohed and aahed, what more can we ask for? On a serious note how is your elbow? I think of you often and hope you are not too miserable with it. Are you going to get to go to Banks? I repinned the cooler idea even though we don't "camp" anymore you neer know.

@Kelly...I love how yours is turning out! I'm going to make the bigger sizes as well...

@Linda: Elbow is doing alright. I alternate needle sizes and I ice it a lot at night, plus I wear my brace... We are planning a trip to Banks as well as a couple smaller ones this summer to other places...
Thank you for thinking of me!!

The 'To-Do' list...

and by 'to-do' list I mean 'to-knit' list. I'm really really trying to get on track with this list and stay deeply focused. It has helped that I have successfully removed all yarn from the living room and into Mr. Brown's Yarn shop on the second floor. Except for the fact that I went in there the other day with a shopping bag and loaded up. Currently in the sidelines to be finished 1. Ledge Trail Vest 2. Twiggy for me 3. 70 Yard Mitt for my other hand Finished those bad boys last night! this is what happens when you use the 10s burst hands free option on your iphone and you're holding said phone with your chinny chin chin. On the List: 1. Twiggy for a Christmas gift 2. Iris the Gourmet Monster but since it's for a boy I'm calling it Orvil. 3. Great White Shart Shark 4. Bosco - for me 5. Stillhouse Vest - for me 6. Woodsy - for me 7. Three Seahawk themed hats as gifts. 8. Gifts for friends... and on and on and on If you...

I'm not good at keeping surprises a secret...I get so excited that I usually blow it. Well not this time... I knit this sweater for Bump and had the buttons custom madefor it by Buttons by Robin, a wonderful shop on Etsy... She used a photo of Rupert that I emailed her...Rupert is their (Bump, C & M's) family dog... I couldn't post a photo until they had received the sweater which arrived on their doorstep last night... Oh how I wish I could have been there when they got it! It turned out amazing! Pattern: Baby Sophisticate Yarn: Big tweedy Cashmere (lucky boy) Please check out Robin's shop on Etsy I know you'll find buttons you love and she does amazing work!

W.I.P

Bears Barn Owl. We had a hockey game last night and while I'm normally so wrapped up in the game that I don't have time to knit, that was not the case last night. Silvertips have had a rough go and the Red Deer Rebels really wolloped them last night. So I knit. I ate some dingleberries. Delicious. and I knit some more. I have a feeling I'll be finishing this bad boy up by tomorrow and he'll be the star of the retreat. Isn't his color wonderful?
