Cozy Down

In the past few month amidst life changes I've started drinking hot water with fresh slices of ginger root in it.

The health benefits go on for a while and cover a whole gambit of bodily business so I found you this handy link on the interwebs for you to peruse while you sip your ginger tea.

Benefits aside, I really enjoy the freshness and the bite of the ginger root with hot water.

Fresh Ginger Tea

Boil some water
Peel 1/2-1" of ginger
Slice into rounds
Put in your favorite mug, fill with boiling water and let it steep for a minute or two.
